International Login Restriction (FusionSolar App and Web Portal Not Accessible Outside Pakistan)
My FusionSolar plant is registered on the INTL server in Pakistan. The account works normally when accessed from Pakistan, but when I try to log in from Ireland or Canada, it shows “Account does not exist.”
The same problem also occurs with the FusionSolar web application/portal, which cannot be opened or accessed properly from Ireland or Canada using the same account.
I was never informed that the INTL server/account could have regional access restrictions. If I had known about this major lim
