Installation assistance needed
I have configured the plant using the PulonTech Pro app and listed the user’s email address on it. The batt is Fidus IP65 16kw. The owner has an issue that whenever he logs in using Pylontech user app, all of the informations are blank, the battery shows no readings. I think it’s an online configuration issue. Any guidance? Even on the Pylontech Pro app the battery details are not applicable to read somehow the configuration was not done properply.
